Kausar is a qualified Indonesian attorney with strong expertise in capital markets, dispute resolution, mergers and acquisitions, general corporate matters, and regulatory licensing. He regularly advises domestic and international clients on corporate transactions, regulatory compliance, and complex legal matters, delivering commercially driven and practical legal solutions tailored to clients’ business objectives.

Kausar obtained his Bachelor of Laws (S.H.) from Universitas Brawijaya and his Master of Laws (M.H.) from Universitas Indonesia. He is a licensed advocate admitted to practice before all Indonesian courts and is a registered member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI). In addition, he is a member of the Financial Sector Legal Consultants Association (HKHSK) and holds a Registration Certificate (STTD) as a capital market supporting professional, enabling him to provide legal services in capital market transactions and regulatory matters in Indonesia.

In his recent engagements, Kausar advised a Germany-based company on the preparation and negotiation of a Sale and Purchase Agreement for healthcare equipment, including advising on the structuring and documentation of the related financing arrangements under a Deferred Payment Agreement. His experience reflects his capability in handling cross-border transactions, complex commercial agreements, and financing-related legal structures.

Fikri is a qualified Indonesian attorney with extensive experience in dispute resolution, debt restructuring and insolvency, labour and employment law. He has advised and represented corporate clients across various industries, providing strategic legal solutions in complex contentious and non-contentious matters. His practice focuses on delivering commercially sound legal advice while ensuring compliance with Indonesia’s regulatory and legal frameworks.

Fikri obtained his Bachelor of Laws (S.H.) from Universitas Brawijaya and his Master of Laws (M.H.) from Universitas Airlangga. He is a licensed advocate admitted to practice before all Indonesian courts and is a registered member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI). He also holds a license to represent clients before the Indonesian Tax Court. In addition, he holds certification as a Legal Auditor, demonstrating his capability in conducting legal due diligence and compliance assessments in corporate and transactional matters.

Beyond his advocacy practice, Fikri is an active member of the Himpunan Konsultan Hukum Ketenagakerjaan Indonesia (HKHKI) and the Ikatan Kurator dan Pengurus Indonesia (IKAPI).
