Kausar is a qualified Indonesian attorney with a practice focused on capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, dispute resolution, and general corporate matters. He holds a Bachelor of Law from Universitas Brawijaya and a Master of Law from Universitas Indonesia. He is a registered member of PERADI, licensed to practice before Indonesian courts.

Kausar is a member of the Indonesian Capital Market Legal Consultants Association (HKHPM) and holds a Registration Certificate (STTD) as a licensed capital market support professional. He is currently leading two significant capital market transactions: a backdoor listing via a rights issue mechanism with an equivalent transaction value of Rp 3 trillion, and an asset injection (inbreng) through a rights issue scheme for a regional government-owned bank.

Fikri is a qualified Indonesian attorney with a practice focused on bankruptcy and debt restructuring, labour and employment law, mergers and acquisitions, and dispute resolution. He holds law degrees from Universitas Brawijaya and Universitas Airlangga. He is a registered member of PERADI, licensed to practice before Indonesian courts. He is also a certified legal auditor, a registered Curator and Receiver with IKAPI, and a member of the Himpunan Konsultan Hukum Ketenagakerjaan Indonesia.

His recent engagements include acting as debtor’s counsel in PKPU proceedings valued at approximately Rp 500 billion and Rp 90 billion, and as curator in a bankruptcy case involving approximately Rp 50 billion in liabilities. He successfully defended a regional bank in a bank guarantee dispute and advised the same bank on forming a bank business group via acquisition to meet OJK requirements. He has also represented a state-owned ferry and shipping enterprise across multiple industrial relations disputes, securing favorable outcomes in all proceedings.
