- We are currently providing comprehensive legal counsel and representation to PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero), a prominent state-owned enterprise, regarding complex pension insurance claim cases against Mutual Insurance Company–(2025–ongoing).
- We are presently advising and representing PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero), a state-owned enterprise, in the resolution of its industrial dispute before the Industrial Relations Court at the Surabaya District Court (2025–ongoing).
- Representing Industri Kemasan Semen Gresik, a subsidiary of PT Semen Indonesia(Persero) regarding suspension of payment as a creditor at Commercial Court of the Central Jakarta District Court (2021). We are providing comprehensive legal counsel and representation to PT Andini Agro Loka in connection with its bankruptcy proceedings(2024–ongoing).
- Acting as counsel to Ion Mobility Indonesia, a subsidiary of Singapore=based Ion Mobility, in connection with a domain name dispute concerning unauthorized use, brought before the Domain Name Dispute Resolution Forum administered by the Indonesian Domain Name Registry(PPNDPANDI)(2024).
- Acting as counsel to Bank Bengkulu, a regional government-owned enterprise, in breach of contract proceedings against PT Rekayasa Industri relating to a bank guarantee(2020–2023).

- We are presently advising A-Tech Company, a prominent publicly listed technology company, on the strategic, corporate, and regulatory considerations pertaining to its proposed backdoor listing transaction (2025-ongoing).
- Providing legal advisory services to Bank Banten, a regional government-owned enterprise and publicly listed company, in connection with its capital participation through a rights issue(2025–ongoing).
- We advise Bank Bengkulu in relation to the establishment of a bank business group(Kelompok Usaha Bank) through an acquisition transaction by Bank BJB, including legal structuring, regulatory compliance, and transactional documentation(2023–2024).
- Providing legal advisory services to PT Lentera Bangsa Bendera(Binar Academy),an information technology based education company, in connection with the restructuring of its shareholding structure and the
implementation of a debt-to-equity conversion(2021–2022).
